This is my weekly build logs, including things I shipped, one metric, who benefited, links, and what I plan to do in the next 7 days.

Shipped:
- Chimoney Interledger integration prototype Report.
- Improvements to the Chimoney Consumer App
- Improvements Organization Management on Chimoney Business Platform.
One number: 100 participants graduated from Cohort 2 of the DTTP Training-to-job Program by WIL.10 to get Guaranteed Interviews.
What failed/changed: Spent time on calls with companies that were not a fit for Chimoney. Some were just starting out so they could not pay our onboarding fees and others were too risky for us to serve. We will implement better qualification for leads going forward including filtering of inbound meeting requests from our Book a Demo page
Who benefited:
- 100 Black Canadians, Newcommers and other minirities in Canada
- 4 Payment and payment-adjacent companies whom I wrote letters of recommendation/support for to enable them get a grant.
My role (1 line): client meetings + project reporting (Interledger and DTTP Reports)
Next 7 days:
- Onboard 2 new partners to Chimoney to increase our collection and disbursement rails by 20%
- Meetings to increase resources available at Chimoney to get us to 3-year Runway
- Reporting and claims for WIL to get payment for delivered program and pay partners (Co.Lab, Riipen, Atila, Founder Institute)
- Continue client meeting. Close 1 Deal.
