Week of Aug 25, 2025:
- Shipped:
- Sent Chimoney Investor/Advisor Update
- Had 5 strategic meetings for Chimoney's next phase of growth/evolution
- Approved and delegated Chimoney Dynamic KYC Framework & Product to Chimoney Eng for implementation.
- Launched Let me Ask AI for You (lmaafy.com), your sidekick when someone asks a question that is so lazy, only AI should answer it. Its inspired by Let Me Google that for You and works with OpenAI and other AI models.
- One number: 1st MXN (SPEI) live payout, settlement <5m; $100 MXN test value; 0 failures.
- What failed/changed: Stressed my legs with my full week of Daily 6am Tennis starting with 0 prior experience resulting in knee discomfort. Stretching more and plan to reduce to 3 times a week after the initial intensive 2 weeks of daily training.
- Who benefited:
- Advised an Ontario-based founder on product & systems architecture (1h).

Week of Aug 18, 2025:
- Shipped:
- Wrote AI Passports: A Foundational Framework for AI Accountability and Governance. AI agents are becoming more useful and integrated to our lives. Hence, we need to know who built them, what they can do and their killswitch especially as they can now to give access to multi-currency wallets.
- Completed KYB for a Client/Partner to launch a pilot of Chimoney's payout platform with some Mexican Businesses
- Chimoney Dynamic KYC Framework & Product Requirements Document (PRD)
- One number:
- Added one-time $13k USD (~ ₦20m Naira) to Chimoney revenue from a single client onboarded
- What failed/changed: Received early feedback that one of our strategy to scale with an open-source project we're planning would not solve the most-pressing problem for the community and clients. Started process to refine the project to better address the need of the prospective users. Did not have enough time for heads-down work to code the new Chimoney Dynamic KYC Framework. So I'll update timelines according
- Who benefited:
- Founder - early-stage Canadian Fintech seeking advice on Compliance, FINTRAC registration etc via Office Hours
- My role (1 line): Closed the new Client and started coding new KYC and admin experience

- Chimoney compliance upgrade: Wallets-as-a-Service/Multicurrency Wallet
- Program Charter & Compliance Playbook (v-draft-01)
- Distribution/Platform Agreement (v-draft-01)
- Launched LiftRails to formalize DevRel, Payments, and Training-to-Employment consulting.
- Completed compliance onboarding and received approval to go live with an Interac and custody solution (Bank in Canada). Submitted docs to second partner.
- Submitted financial claims for WIL to pay partners (Co.Lab, Riipen, Atila, Founder Institute).
- Signed contract with a fellow AC RevLab cohort startup to provide 10 guaranteed interviews for DTTP graduates.
- Chimoney compliance upgrade: Wallets-as-a-Service/Multicurrency Wallet

- New Chimoney client: $6,000 initial revenue; +$30,000 ARR (MRR +$2.5k) from minimum monthly fees

What failed/changed: Contractor work at the house ballooned from 1 to 3 weeks and disrupted focus.
Change: add buffer to home projects and time-box deep work offsite during trades. -
Who benefited:

- Chimoney compliance team and Chimoney clients (WaaS/Multi-wallet readiness)

My role (1 line): Led compliance program design (charter/playbook/agreements), closed the new Chimoney client, and launched LiftRails.

Next 7 days:
- KYC time-to-approval: 24h → ≤6h (integrate new provider; success = 80% of approvals <= 6h by Fri).
- Go-live support: 2 signed clients complete integration with Chimoney in < 3 weeks (cutover plan, SDK handoff, weekly check-ins). This is as opposed to the 12 weeks it takes with other providers.
- LiftRails pipeline: send 6 diagnostics proposals and book 3 office-hour intros.
Week of Aug 4, 2025:
- Shipped:
- Chimoney Interledger integration prototype Report.
- Improvements to the Chimoney Consumer App
- Improvements Organization Management on Chimoney Business Platform.
- One number: 100 participants graduated from Cohort 2 of the DTTP Training-to-job Program by WIL.10 to get Guaranteed Interviews.
- What failed/changed: Spent time on calls with companies that were not a fit for Chimoney. Some were just starting out so they could not pay our onboarding fees and others were too risky for us to serve. We will implement better qualification for leads going forward including filtering of inbound meeting requests from our Book a Demo page
- Who benefited:
- 100 Black Canadians, Newcomers and other minorities in Canada
- 4 Payment and payment-adjacent companies whom I wrote letters of recommendation/support for to enable them get a grant.
- My role (1 line): led client meetings + completed and presented project reporting (Interledger and DTTP Reports)
- Next 7 days:
- Onboard 2 new partners to Chimoney to increase our collection and disbursement rails by 20%
- Meetings to increase resources available at Chimoney to get us to 3-year Runway
- Reporting and claims for WIL to get payment for delivered program and pay partners (Co.Lab, Riipen, Atila, Founder Institute)
- Continue client meeting. Close 1 Deal.
