StageScaling
ICPPlatforms, NGOs, fintechs, global payouts/collections
My roleFounder/CEO — product strategy, architecture, partnerships, compliance

Core metrics80% GM, 99% on-time delivery, 99.9% uptime; top corridors: Nigeria, India, Kenya, Canada

Problem

Cross-border payouts and collections are fragmented, slow, and expensive. Mid-market orgs need an API-first, compliance-aware layer that “just works” across countries and rails.

Actions

/0:48

Quick Facts

ScopeHybrid AI + human workforce: post tasks, build hybrid teams, manage work
AudienceStartups, teams, and operators who need tasks done by AI, humans, or both

Pricing notesFree platform access, pay-as-you-go AI task credits, low team seat pricing oruly.ai
My roleFounder — product direction, positioning, integrations

Problem

Teams bounce between marketplaces, freelancers, and AI tools; coordination costs (handoffs, tracking, QA) kill momentum.

Actions

  • Added project tracking + conversations so task posters see progress end-to-end in Oruly.
  • Published transparent, pay-as-you-go pricing (credits for AI tasks, optional seats).

Freelance Ledger - 🟢 Live

Quick Facts

ScopeAI-powered finance ops for freelancers/independents: income/expense tracking, smart invoicing, payments, analytics, tax & compliance

Site messaging“Effortlessly track income, create stunning invoices, and get paid instantly.” “Use AI for free.”
My roleFounder — product spec, UX, growth experiments

    • Inventory Management Spreadsheet
    • Recipe Costing Calculator
